What does “Memorial site” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Memorial site" means a church, synagogue, mosque, funeral home, mortuary, cemetery, grave site, mausoleum, or other place at which a memorial service is conducted. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-9-108)
