What does “Mental illness” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Mental illness" means the following mental disorders as described in the most recent edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association: (1)(c)(i) schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders; (1)(c)(ii) bipolar I disorder; (1)(c)(iii) post-traumatic stress disorder; or (1)(c)(iv) other serious mental health conditions with psychotic features. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-2-305)
