What does “Non-nicotine inhalation product” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Non-nicotine inhalation product" means a product that: (10)(a)(i) is a manufacturer sealed prefilled electronic cigarette that the manufacturer does not intend for a consumer to open; (10)(a)(ii) contains a substance other than nicotine; (10)(a)(iii) is designed specifically to be used with an electronic cigarette to produce an aerosol or vapor of the substance described in Subsection (10)(a)(ii); (10)(a)(iv) does not contain a cannabinoid; and (10)(a)(v) does not contain nicotine.
