What does “Obscene child sexual abuse material” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Obscene child sexual abuse material" means a visual depiction of any kind that: (14)(a) depicts a minor engaging in, observing, or being used for sexually explicit conduct; and (14)(b) the average individual, applying contemporary community standards, finds that, taken as a whole, the visual depiction: (14)(b)(i) appeals to prurient interest in sex; (14)(b)(ii) is patently offensive; and (14)(b)(iii) does not have serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-5b-103)
