What does “Official document” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Official document" means: (1)(a)(i)(A) a summons, complaint, court order, or process; or (1)(a)(i)(B) an insignia, seal, or printed form of a federal, state, or local governmental entity or an instrumentality of a federal, state, or local governmental entity. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-8-513)
