What does “Produce” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Produce" means: (15)(a) the photographing, filming, taping, directing, producing, creating, designing, or composing of apparent child sexual abuse material, child sexual abuse material, obscene child sexual abuse material, or vulnerable adult sexual abuse material; or (15)(b) the securing or hiring of individuals to engage in the photographing, filming, taping, directing, producing, creating, designing, or composing of apparent child sexual abuse material, child sexual abuse material, obscene child sexual abuse material, or vulnerable adult sexual abuse material. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-5b-103)
