What does “Reportable incident” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Reportable incident" means: (1)(a)(i)(A) the deployment of a tactical group; or (1)(a)(i)(B) law enforcement officers who serve a search warrant after using forcible entry. (Utah Code Ann. § 77-7-8.5)
