What does “Torture” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Torture" means intentionally or knowingly causing or inflicting extreme physical pain to an animal in an especially heinous, atrocious, cruel, or exceptionally depraved manner. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-13-202)
