What does “Transmitted data” mean in Utah criminal law?

"Transmitted data" means electronic information that is transmitted wirelessly: (10)(a) from an electronic device to another electronic device without the use of an intermediate connection or relay; or (10)(b) from an electronic device to a nearby antenna or from a nearby antenna to an electronic device. (Utah Code Ann. § 77-23c-101.2)
