What does “Verbal order” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Verbal order" means an oral directive that is given through any method of communication directly to emergency medical service personnel to contemporaneously administer a controlled substance to an individual who needs emergency medical services outside the physical presence of the medical director or other authorizing medical professional. (Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-310)
