(1) A substance listed under Subsection (2) is an analog, as defined in Subsection 58-37-101(1)(f), if the substance, in any quantity, and in any material, compound, mixture, or preparation, is present in: (1)(a) any product manufactured, distributed, or possessed for the purpose of human consumption; or (1)(b) any product, the use or administration of which results in human consumption. (2) Substances referred to in Subsection (1) include, but are not limited to: (2)(a) gamma butyrolactone (GBL); (2)(b) butyrolactone; (2)(c) 1,2 butanolide; (2)(d) 2-oxanolone; (2)(e) tetrahydro-2-furanone; (2)(f) dihydro-2 (3H)-furanone; (2)(g) tetramethylene glycol; (2)(h) 1,4 butanediol; and (2)(i) gamma valerolactone.
