Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-206Primary source, current through the 2026 General Session
(1) A court may enjoin a violation of this chapter or Title 76, Chapter 18, Part 2, Offenses Concerning Controlled Substances. (2) If an alleged violation of an injunction or restraining order issued under this section occurs, the accused may demand a jury trial in accordance with the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
