(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-16-101, and 76-16-301 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits use of a registered trademark without consent if the actor adopts or in any way uses a registered trademark owned by another person without the person's consent. (3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor.
