(1) This chapter does not apply to the Department of Corrections or any treatment program by or under contract with the Department of Corrections when the use of material that is pornographic or obscene animal abuse material is limited to the assessment or treatment of an offender as defined in Section 64-13-1. (2) A woman breast feeding, including breast feeding in any location where the woman otherwise may rightfully be, does not under any circumstance constitute a violation of this chapter, irrespective of whether the woman's breast is covered during or incidental to feeding.
