(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-8-101 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits refusal to pay a lawful toll if the actor, after having used a licensed toll road, bridge, ferry, or constructed ford, refuses to pay on demand the compensation or fee authorized to be collected for use of the licensed toll road, bridge, ferry, or constructed ford. (3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor.
