(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-9-1501 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits conspiracy to obstruct the operation of a bus if the actor willfully combines or conspires with another individual to violate Section 76-9-1509, Obstructing the operation of a bus. (3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class C misdemeanor.
