What does “Foreign vehicle” mean in Virginia criminal law?
"Foreign vehicle" means every motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer that is brought into the Commonwealth otherwise than in the ordinary course of business by or through a manufacturer or dealer and that has not been registered in the Commonwealth. (Va. Code Ann. § 46.2-100)
