What does “Original package” mean in Virginia criminal law?
"Original package" means the unbroken container or wrapping in which any drug or medicine is enclosed together with label and labeling, put up by or for the manufacturer, wholesaler, or distributor for use in the delivery or display of such article. (Va. Code Ann. § 54.1-3401)
