Va. Code Ann. § 46.2-866Primary source, current through the 2026 Regular Session
Any person, although not engaged in a race or exhibition driving as defined in § 46.2-865 , who aids or abets any such race or exhibition driving is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
