What does “Involuntary medication order” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Involuntary medication order" means a court order or an administrative order that: (1)(c)(i) is authorized by law or administrative rule; and (1)(c)(ii) permits the administration of psychiatric medication to an individual without the individual's consent. (Utah Code Ann. § 77-15-10)
