What does “Means of identification” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Means of identification" means any name or number that may be used, alone or in conjunction with any other information, to identify a specific individual, including: (1)(a)(viii)(A) name, social security number, date of birth, government issued driver license or identification number, alien registration number, government passport number, or employer or taxpayer identification number; (1)(a)(viii)(B) unique biometric data, such as fingerprint, voice print, retina or iris image, or other unique physical representation; or (1)(a)(viii)(C) unique electronic identification number, address, or rou (Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-501)
