What does “Military service member” mean in Utah criminal law?
"Military service member" means: (1)(a)(ii)(A) a member of any branch of the United States armed forces; or (1)(a)(ii)(B) a member of the National Guard or State Defense Force. (Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-102.10)
